The “Islands” shipping rate applies to the following postal codes:

Shipping Times & Tracking

 

BABY COBBLE guarantees safe deliveries within 24–48 working hours from order processing, provided all items are in stock. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed from the following Monday.

 

To maintain freshness and quality, some products are stocked in small periodic batches. If an item is unavailable or awaiting restock (6–10 or 7–14 working days), and this is not stated in the order summary email, our Customer Service team will contact you.

 

Once the order is processed at our warehouse (within 24–48 hours), you will receive an email containing a tracking link for real-time shipment updates.

 

While we provide your phone number to the courier for potential contact, this is at the driver’s discretion and not guaranteed. Standard shipping does not allow specifying preferred delivery time slots, but additional services such as priority delivery, floor delivery, or scheduled appointments may be requested separately.

Shipping Address

 

BABY COBBLE delivers directly to the address specified at checkout. Please ensure that all details are accurate before finalising your order.

Tracking Information

 

Detailed delivery estimates will be included in the tracking email, which is sent automatically when the order is shipped.

 

⚠️ BABY COBBLE is not responsible for any damages or delays during transit, as the delivery service is external. However, our Customer Service team is always available to assist you in case of any issues.

Packaging

 

BABY COBBLE places great care in packaging each order. Our team selects appropriate materials based on the size and type of product, ensuring they are securely packed and protected during transit.

 

Each item is carefully boxed and separated from others with appropriate protective materials before shipping.

Failed Delivery

 

For successful delivery, either the customer or an authorised representative must be present at the specified address.

 

If no one is available, or payment is required upon delivery but not provided, the customer may incur:

• Redelivery charges

• Storage fees

• Costs for products that can no longer be resold

 

⚠️ BABY COBBLE is not responsible for courier delays caused by external factors such as strikes, adverse weather, or unforeseen disruptions.

 

Upon receiving your package, please check:

✅ The number of packages matches the delivery receipt (DDT) or invoice.

✅ The parcel is intact and undamaged. If there are concerns, please sign with “ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION” on the delivery note. Failure to do so will result in the package being considered correctly delivered.

All product prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT.

• Prices are based on those displayed on the website at the time of purchase and may be subject to change.

 

Payment Methods:

 

The total cost, including product prices and delivery charges, must be paid at checkout.

Right of Withdrawal, Exceptions & Return Policy

 

Right of Withdrawal

 

Unless stated otherwise, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 working days from the shipping or delivery date.

 

To exercise this right, you must:

1. Notify BABY COBBLE within 14 days via email.

2. Return the product to MVLFA’s registered office:

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item via the same payment method used at checkout. No additional costs will be incurred for refunds.

 

📦 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If the returned product has been damaged or altered beyond what is necessary for assessing its nature and function, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

 

The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if opened after delivery.

• Custom-made or personalised products.

• Perishable goods with a short shelf life.

• Services already fully provided by BABY COBBLE, where the customer has expressly agreed to the execution of the service before withdrawal rights apply.

• Alcoholic beverages with a value subject to market fluctuations, delivered after 30 days from purchase.

Return Policy

 

In addition to statutory rights, BABY COBBLE offers a 14-day return policy, provided:

• Items remain unused and in their original condition.

• The customer contacts BABY COBBLE Customer Service to initiate the return process.

 

💰 Refunds will cover the product price only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

The customer assumes responsibility for return shipping risks and costs.
